Requirements
- Experience in admin and clerical work is a must
- Mature and high level of problem-solving skills
- Good PR and marketing skill.
- Possess the intention to be business development manager in future for the company or centre manager
- Driving license
- Able to understand Mandarin is an advantage
Job Scope
1. Must familiar with computer and all technology gadget
3. Update school fees collections and remind parents.
4. Dealing with all the suppliers, biscuit, books, transporter, event hall, guard house, photographer, venue for hall, if necessary, videographer, sponsorship.
5. Attend enquiry and kidsonline, answering calls, update enquiries list and following up new enquiries.
6. Call parents up when emergency or in needs.
7. Follow up parents complain, and report to Supervisor.
8. Take photo for posting at Facebook and item for sale
9. Social media (Facebook & Tiktok)
a. Uploads photo or video to social media - children activities / programme
b. Replying client message at Marketplace
c. Update marketplace item
d. Update Enquiry at social media
10. Report and update to supervisor daily.
11. Utilities Bills report update monthly.
12. Expenses Report update.
13. Reporting on the Centre’s daily operational to management.
14. Liaise with teachers for Activities
15. Staff Attendance.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
