**Job description**
- Responsible in preparing all paperwork including correspondence, documentation and project reports as request by Management/or superior.
- Ensure all filing systems are up-to-date and organize including correspondence, LOA/agreement, quotation, drawings, and progress report etc.
- Coordinate and manage meetings including recording and issuing of minutes to track project progress. Also, join meeting if required.
- Assist on billing and keep workform, project filling, invoicing updated
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation management, scanning, printing and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
- Works closely with teammates and providing daily support to the project team.
- Assist in preparing tender bidding and technical matters relating such cost calculation, technical report and compilation of required information.
- Maintain good control of documents and implement Standard of procedure (ISO 9001:2015) practices.
- Perform other admin duties/ ad-hoc task assigned by Management or Superior.

**Requirements**:

- **At least minimum 1 year of working experience as Project Admin** is required for this position.
- Required language(s): Good in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Required skill(s): Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power point and Microsoft Project)
- Working experience in Project Admin / Secretary is an advantage.
- Good to multitask and prioritize daily workloads effectively.
- Good time management and able to work under pressure, efficient, responsibilities, independent and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Possess strong communication & negotiation skills and meticulous to details.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Efficient, accurate and precise work.
- Responsible and highly committed towards his/her assignment.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
