**FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING**
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on timely basis.
- Ensure that the monthly Accounts Receivables / Accounts Payable prepared are accurate and reliable.
- Chase and record the collection from our receivables efficiently (AR).
- Record and ensure the product costs are accurate and reliable (AP).
- Prepare payments to our payables accurately (AP).
- Ensure bank reconciliation is up to date.
- Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of the Group through TM1 Reporting tool.
- Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, statutory and regulatory requirements
- Handle financial year-end audit, coordinate with auditors & prepare the necessary schedules
- Maintain compliance in internal controls, processes, policies and procedures. Suggest improvements when opportunities arise
- Support in ad hoc projects and other initiatives as assigned

**ADMIN & HR**
- Establish and manage proper filing for accounting and administrative works.
- To assist and coordinate local HR matters including: contract of employment, general personnel issues, employment laws, sickness, annual leave and ensuring personnel files are kept up to date.
- Collaborate with 3rd party vendor to provide IT supports to the team.

**Job Types**: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
