About the Role
Process Minor Claims cases for AIA Singapore policy as per stipulated requirements and benchmarks
Key Responsibilities- Assess reimbursement claims (outpatient & inpatient) cases in accordance to requirements & benchmarks.- Ensure that targets are met for department Turnaround Time, Quality and Productivity, in line with KPI goals- Liaise with relevant parties and stakeholders for a smooth and thorough claims assessment.- Maintain awareness for potential fraudulent activities and conduct further investigation to mitigate risk.-
- Performs other tasks periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements
Requirements- Education qualification in Biomedical, Biotechnology, Health Science, Biology or related fields- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply, training will be provided.- Sound knowledge of medical terms and claims processes- Ability to read and write Mandarin Chinese will be an added advantage to support Chinese nationals that are based in Singapore.- Good communication and decision-making skills- Self-motivated and customer-driven- Sound problem solving skill
