About the Role

Process Minor Claims cases for AIA Singapore policy as per stipulated requirements and benchmarks

Register and Process minor claims cases to meet department requirements & benchmarks.

Ensure that targets are met and completed for department Turnaround Time, Quality and Productivity, in line with KPI goals

Performs other tasks periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements.
