**Position: Logistics Executive**

**Tenure: 5 months contract ONLY**

**Salary: Up to RM4500**

**Location: Kuala Lumpur Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM**
- Handling all Import and Export logistic duties
- Liaising with authorities for all import and export documentations
- Arranging and ensuring logistic arrangement is in order and meeting delivery due date
- Liaising with courier and logistic company for sea and air freight
- Handling materials purchase and monitoring supplier delivery
- Handling billing and customer service
- Maintain proper records of shipment data, systematic filing and storage of shipping documents for audit purpose
- To plan, coordinate, and execute shipments to meet customer requirements, considering cost, transit time, and delivery deadlines
- Handling sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Performing other ad-hoc duties as and when required
- **Qualification**
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Supply Chain/ Logistic preferably in an oil & gas, energy sector
- Have good experience dealing with local and European countries’ logistic matters
- Detail oriented with good analytical skills and meticulous
- Required skills: Computer literate, proactive in resolving issues, strong sense of urgency, result oriented, work independently, positive attitude, good team player, excellent communication both verbal and written and interpersonal skill
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
