**Our Logistics Executive**:

- Coordinates our material orders from production at our supply base until delivery at our customers.
- Processes and records orders in our system and monitors actual versus contractual order progress.
- Manages logistics and technical documentation requirements.
- Prepares weekly / monthly progress and inventory reports
- Works closely together with our global customer’s logistics departments as well as Van Leeuwen’s global logistics departments in countries like Singapore, The Netherlands and China.

**Who are you?**
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management. Bachelor Degree is preferred.
- Experience in similar or related industry will be an advantage
- Computer literacy, highly proficient in Ms Excel
- Carries out administrative duties with attention to detail, professional in communication and negotiation skills, pro-active, commercial, confident, problem solving and result oriented
- Team player with flexible working approach, open-minded thinking and entrepreneur mindset
- Able to work with multinational customers/ suppliers etc
- Experienced Logistic Executive in piping materials (min 3 years)
