Maintain and update inventory and stock records in the warehouse management system (VENNPOS) and Ms Excel.
- Prepare and process shipping, receiving, and delivery documents (invoices, packing lists, etc.).
- Assist in scheduling incoming and outgoing shipments and coordinate with transport providers.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports.
- Support the Warehouse Manager in monitoring inventory levels and reconciling discrepancies.
- Ensure accurate data entry for stock movements, returns, and adjustments.
- Maintain proper filing of all warehouse documents and correspondence.
- Communicate with internal departments regarding deliveries and stock availability.
- Support compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

**Job Requirement**
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma/degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field is an advantage.
- Proven experience in administrative or warehouse support roles.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems (VENNPOS or others inventory system)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
