JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
BASS
Liaise with various department end users on change requests and support issues. These include access rights and workflow management of the Radio Traffic & Billing system
Assist in the roll out of Radio Traffic & Billing system - be it to new users or new system features or functions, including training new/existing users
Adheres to any SLA for support and conducts user training as necessary
Questions business requirements to ensure they are achievable and practical and recommend process enhancements where relevant
Product
Serve as a key leader for Listeners’ Digital Journey - helping to define the vision, value propositions, principles, and roadmap of the Journey aligned with meeting and exceeding customer expectations, our brand and our goals.
Defining a product roadmap and strategy for product development
Manage the entire product life-cycle from strategic planning and functionality to product positioning
Work closely with technology, engineering, user experience, development, and quality assurance teams to create consumer-grade product usability
Act as the thought leader, concepting and gaining adoption for direct-to-consumer and business-to-business strategies and innovations to achieve goals.
Institute best practice principles across audience development, data management, platform solutions, channel management and integrated marketing in order to elevate ARSB to best-in-class.
Quantify the success and efficiency of digital promotions, paid media campaigns, eCommerce efforts and social engagement via various analytics tools.
Measure and analyze overall campaign performance and provide insights and key learnings to other departments.
Maximize revenue potential from direct audience relationships.
Develop omni-channel CRM and database-driven marketing.
Oversee relationships and secure commercial opportunities with digital partners, influencers, and brands.
