Due to growing demand from high-profile customers, our team is expanding in 2025 and that's where you come in About the role We’re seeking an experienced UI/UX Manager who can lead our design practice and elevate the overall product experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on design leader who is passionate about solving complex enterprise problems through scalable, thoughtful, and intuitive design. If you are a design advocate, systems thinker, and people-first leader with the ability to translate complexity into elegant solutions, you’ll thrive at CSG. What You Will Do - While your responsibilities will evolve, here’s what you’ll dive into: - Define and deliver the design vision for the Q&O platform.- Lead and mentor a distributed team of UI/UX Designers.- Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma.- Stay hands-on: prototyping, research, A/B testing, usability validation.- Champion DesignOps, accessibility, and usability across the product lifecycle.- Collaborate with Product & Engineering, ensuring designs are delivered a release ahead. Core Requirements- 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.- Proven track record in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms (Telco, CPQ, BSS, Order Management or Banking and Financial Services strongly preferred).- Demonstrated ability to balance leadership with hands-on design (prototyping, user research, A/B testing, usability validation).- Experience building and scaling design systems in Figma or equivalent tools.- Strong knowledge of DesignOps frameworks and best practices in scaling design maturity.- Customer-centric mindset with proven ability to conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design outcomes.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership.- Experience collaborating with global, distributed teams across time zones.- Strong portfolio showcasing both leadership impact and examples of hands-on design execution. - Why Join Us?- Lead and evolve the design function for a flagship global SaaS product.- Balance leadership with hands-on craft, making tangible contributions to user experience.- Influence how Tier-1 Telco and Enterprise customers manage their most complex workflows.- Collaborate in a flexible, diverse, and global workplace.- Access structured professional development and clear career progression pathways. - Employee benefitsWork from anywhere: CSG has a global policy called "Flexibility First" that allows employees to work from wherever they feel most productive.
