**Working Hours**: Monday - Friday (8:30 am - 5:30 pm)

**Job Responsibility**:
Overall, this role is to support the department in installing machines at the client site and repairing computers and other devices that have faulty.

**The roles**:

- To repair and testing of IT hardware
- IT hardware preparation and verification for system implementation
- Testing and diagnosing hardware and network issue onsite and/or online support for customer site.
- Preparing customer image data for implementations.
- Front POS training to customer during installations.
- Deliver hardware to customers.
- Update customer image data.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum education level SPM
- Basic understanding of IT
- Must possess own transport and with GDL license is added advantage.
- Willing to travel outstation when required
- Customer-oriented
- Language required in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is a MUST as you are required to liaise with existing customers which are from retails such as mini mart or small-scale groceries.
