Berikut ialah skop kerja Pengurus Cawangan (Branch Manager) dalam Bahasa Malaysia, yang biasanya merangkumi tanggungjawab dalam mengurus operasi, pasukan, dan pencapaian sesebuah cawangan dalam pelbagai industri seperti perbankan, runcit, insurans, atau logistik.

Skop Kerja Pengurus Cawangan:
1. Pengurusan Operasi
Memastikan kelancaran operasi harian cawangan.

Mematuhi dasar syarikat dan peraturan yang ditetapkan oleh pihak berkuasa.

Menyelia tugas pentadbiran, bajet dan kawalan stok (jika berkaitan).

2. Kepimpinan dan Pengurusan Kakitangan
Mengambil, melatih dan membimbing kakitangan cawangan.

Menetapkan sasaran prestasi dan membuat penilaian berkala.

Mewujudkan persekitaran kerja yang positif dan produktif.

3. Jualan dan Pembangunan Perniagaan
Merancang dan melaksanakan strategi jualan untuk mencapai sasaran.

Menjalin hubungan baik dengan pelanggan untuk menggalakkan pertumbuhan perniagaan.

Menganalisis trend pasaran dan keperluan pelanggan.

4. Khidmat Pelanggan
Menyelesaikan aduan pelanggan secara profesional.

Memastikan kualiti perkhidmatan yang diberikan mencapai standard syarikat.

5. Pelaporan dan Analisis Prestasi
Menyediakan laporan prestasi kepada pihak pengurusan atasan.

Menganalisis data kewangan dan penunjuk prestasi utama (KPI).

Mengambil tindakan penambahbaikan berdasarkan analisis.

6. Pematuhan dan Pengurusan Risiko
Memastikan operasi cawangan mematuhi peraturan dan piawaian dalaman.

Mengurus audit dalaman dan mengenal pasti risiko serta langkah kawalan.

Kelayakan & Kemahiran Diperlukan:
Kemahiran kepimpinan dan pengurusan pasukan

Kecekapan dalam penyelesaian masalah dan organisasi

Orientasi kepada jualan dan khidmat pelanggan

Kemahiran analitik dan kewangan

Pengetahuan dalam bidang industri berkaitan (contohnya perbankan, runcit, dsb.)
