Mechanical Supervisor

**Main Duty**

Responsible to the Turnaround area to meet the agreed targets on Safety, Quality and Duration for the Turnaround Change-out Works during the turnaround.

**Scope of Work**
- Review Turnaround Change-out Job Package.
- Coordinate all materials, tools and equipment and availability to carry out the work.
- Responsible for daily execution works.
- Preparation of all necessary work permits.
- Supervise and ensure the Turnaround change-out work is being carried out as per the requirements of the Job Method/ Scope of work and good engineering practices.
- Communicate to Turnaround manpower the required standards of Quality.
- Carry out work process as identified in the Quality Control Sheets.
- Ensure all signatories identified in “Action By” column are present to witness each “Critical Hold Point” activity.
- Supply all spares (and specialized tools) as required.
- Report to the Area Planner Turnaround on problems with work progress to ensure targets are met.
- Safety is always your number one priority, report any unsafe acts and monitor the Safe System of work compliance.
- Communicate with Environmental Team for the labelling and schedule waste transportation to designated area.

**Authority**
- Liaising with external parties i.e. Client, Vendor, Supplier, Subcontractors etc.
- Hold the plant, machinery, equipment and vehicles from being used on HSEQ aspects
- Reject any goods, services, tools and materials which are received not to the specification
- Sign Delivery Order in accordance to the company Purchase Order
- Verify subordinate and Vendors site claims and timesheets

**Accountability**
- Follow all company rules and regulations and understanding of all company policies, procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure that all validation records are kept and in compliance with statutory requirements
- The tabulation and calculation of overtime, allowance and payroll of operations and contract personnel are accurate
- Personnel mobilization/ de-mobilization information i.e. lodging, accommodation and manpower logistic planning i.e. site transportation, air tickets etc. are dissipated and arranged in advance

**Work Experience**:

- Minimum five (5) years Supervisory Experiences in Turnaround unloading / loading works, Mechanical Static Equipment Maintenance and Servicing in Oil & Gas Industries.
- To be Competent and responsible person that can manage and control fellow workers accordingly

**Others**:

- Fluent in English and Malay language
- Computer literate
- Competent driving license
- Healthy

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
