Job description
- _Implements and oversee quality control tests of raw material, intermediate products and finished products. Capable to rejects any products/material which are deemed as not as food grade / defect / contaminated physically chemically or biologically. _
- _Take the lead in setting-up the food safety standard HACCP and Halal Quality Assurance systems _
- _To do process flow charts and identify critical control points to prevent hazards_
- _Develops new and improved methods and systems for food processing, production quality control packaging and distribution._
- _Develops food standards, safety and sanitary regulations and waste management and water supply specifications. _
- _To implement hygiene and sanitation programmed in the factory._
- _Plans, coordinates and directs quality control program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards._
- _Formulates and maintains quality control objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures in cooperation with Head Chef to maximize product reliability and minimize costs._
- _Engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities and products _
- _Devises sampling procedures and design and develops forms and instruction for recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data. _
- _Plans, promotes and organizes training activities related to Food Handling, product quality and reliability._
- _Handle and monitor pest control activities._
- _May investigate and adjust customer complaints regarding quality._
- **Requirements**:_
- _**MUST have certificate of Halal Executive. **_
- _Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia._
- _At least_ **2-3 Year(s) of working experience**_ _in the related field is required for these positions._
- _Hands-on experience in setting-up food safety standards i.e _**HACCP / HALAL is a MUST**_._
- _Past interaction with authorities such as Ministry of Health, Jakim and external auditing firms are essential _
- _Required skill(s): MS Office, Analysis._
- _Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food Technology / Quality Assurance or equivalent._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
