Answer customer's inquiries in marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok and handle after-sales complain cases.
- Brainstorm upselling ideas to increase average order value of buyers.
- Engage with buyers, and maintain shop's rating.
- Maintain & update listing photo, title and descriptions.
- Handle shipping overcharge and parcel lost claims.
- Prepare weekly report.
- Help fulfillment team when needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in related industry.
- Computer literate with basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Able to work independently, multitask, good problem solving skills, initiative, attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, English and Malay
- Training and SOP will be provided. Fresh graduates and university students are encouraged to apply.

**Benefits**:

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm Mon-Fri, 9am to 1pm Saturday

We started in 2013 in a small 200 square ft shop lot with 1 person, and have ever since grown more than 15x to 7000 square ft warehouse with a team of 15 people. Today, we sell more than 500 products and ship more than 10000 parcels every month, and yearly sales of over RM5million

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
