1. To ensure that the TMSA, ISM & ISPS are implement.
2. To assist & ensure that the vessel in complying with oil major requirement.
3. To plan, prepare, arrange and carry out audit & inspection in relation to TMSA, ISM, ISPS, Safety and security and oil major requirement/vetting.
4. To investigate, attend and supervise matters related to incident/accident.
5. To ensure and monitor the vessel’s.
6. To navigate bridge and cargo system equipment, procedures and documentations in complying with the requirement and standard.
7. To investigate, attend, supervise and monitor the maintenance and breakdown repairs.
8. Analysis of machinery accident and failures, prevention of recurrence, and port-accident operation handling.
9. To plan, prepare and arrange class survey for company’s vessel and to monitor and ensure vessel certificate valid at all times.
10. To provide technical support on other company’s projects and work required.
11. Conduct pre-operational risk assessment on new site and design risk mitigation measures.
12. Follows up to ensure that corrective action is implement where necessary and ensures that any certification requirement are comply with.
13. Review and analyze accident and near miss incident and making corrective action recommendations.
14. Ensure regular emergency respond exercises and drills are conducted to ensure the highest level of preparedness in any emergency. Maintained records of such drills, providing recommendations for emergency response improvements.
