**RETAIL SALES ADVISOR**

Location : Bangsar

**Salary**: Basic + commission (based on experience and can be negotiated)

Working hours : Based on rotational shifts (Daily between 7-10 hours with breaks in between)

**Job Type: Part-time/Full-time**
- Min. of 1 year of retail sales experience
- Good communication skills with pleasant personality
- Self disciplined and able to work with the team
- Must be fully vaccinated
- Preferably female applicants

**KEY REPONSIBILITIES**
- To achieve personal and team sales goal on a monthly basis
- To provide high quality of service to the customers - maintaining long-term relationship with the customers.
- Good knowledge of fashion/batik/arts/handicrafts
- Represent the Brand in a positive manner.
- Responsible for assisting customers with choices, assist and provide information about the product in question (training will be provided)
- Be able to assist customer’s for alterations and made to measure (training will be provided if necessary)
- Execute sales strategies and action plans implemented
- Ensure all monies and sales transactions are accordance to the operation procedures.
- Perform store opening and closing procedures and to ensure the process is in compliance with company SOPs.
- Ensure proper care of stocks, fixtures and furniture within the store, and kept neatly and tidy at all times.
- Conduct daily, monthly stock count of inventories for store.
- Updating customer database on frequent basis.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
