Inside Sales Executive

**Job brief**
We are looking for a qualified Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.
**Responsibilities**
- Selling IT range of products, solutions, services, and maintenance.
- Cold call prospective customers.
- Responsible to achieve & exceed sales targets.
- Develops sales opportunities by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities from existing and new customers.
- Conduct follow-up meetings with customers and manage the entire sales cycle.
- Maintain and update sales report and customer records.
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and maintain good business relationships.
- Account responsibility with quota.
- Responsible for developing marketing strategy, concept and the marketing of products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
**Requirement**
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Hands on experience with MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
- Understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus.
