- Membuat panggilan kepada pelanggan akaun tertunggak (Syarikat Kredit, Kewangan dan Komersial)
- Membantu pelanggan dalam proses pembayaran semula
- Menasihati pelanggan berkenaan pembayaran secara profesional
- Melapor dan mengemaskini target harian kepada management
- Mencapai matlamat yang diberi
- Serius dan berdedikasi dalam kerja
- Bekerja mengikut masa yg diberikan
**KELAYAKAN: -**
*Minimun SPM Sahaja
- Warganegara Malaysia sahaja
- Berumur 18 keatas
- Mempunyai kemahiran berkomunikasi yang baik
- Fasih dalam Bahasa Melayu atau Bahasa Inggeris
- Lelaki / Wanita
- Latihan kondusif akan diberikan kepada yang tidak berpengalaman
- 1-2 tahun pengalaman dalam pemulihan dan Kawalan Kredit, Agensi Kutipan, Undang-undang atau Insurans digalakkan memohon

**Lokasi** : - Eco Ardence, Setia Alam
**Waktu Bekerja** : Isnin - Sabtu (9.30 am 6.00pm). Cuti setiap Sabtu minggu ke-2
