Site Development Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Coordination**:
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate site development projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure that project timelines are adhered to and that all activities are progressing according to plan.
**Documentation and Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including permits, approvals, and other relevant paperwork.
- Create and maintain comprehensive records of site development activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
**Permitting and Compliance**:
- Facilitate the acquisition of necessary permits and approvals for site development projects.
- Stay abreast of local, state, and federal regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
**Communication**:
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Communicate effectively with regulatory agencies, contractors, and vendors.
**Budget Oversight**:
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets.
- Track expenditures and ensure that projects are executed within allocated financial parameters.
**Quality Control**:
- Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure that site development projects meet established standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination and administration, preferably in site development or construction.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and permitting processes.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Certification in Project Management.
- Familiarity with environmental impact assessments.
- Experience working with GIS (Geographic Information System) tools.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
