Online Sales Executive Basic + Comm + Incentive can reach RM2200 - RM5000 Work Description - Managing Online Marketplace platforms (Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Whatsapp, Telegram & etc ) - Liaise with platform on the upcoming deals/promotions. - Marketing planning & achieve sales targets. - Upload new promo / package in a timely manner. - Manage customer’s enquiry - Light graphics design and video editing task, can learn in work. - Building brand awareness via social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, Telegram or Twitter in form of group, page or community feeds. - Reply to customer messages, inquiry & PM. - To provide customers with information and solutions on product and services to meet their needs. - Follow up customer and prospect. - Need to Cooperate with Team Leader, share idea and discuss with Leader.
