1. Monitor and conduct daily routine checking of all lightings, lift, water taps, water pump, genset, etc at the common area. Repair & replace (where applicable) as and when necessary.

2. Ensure the building premises, electrical riser’s room, low voltage room and genset rooms are always kept in good and clean condition.

3. Monitor and maintain the environment of the building in good condition.

4. Handle all residents’ complaints pertaining to maintenance matters and solve the problems at the soonest.

5. Liaise with local authorities and government regulatory agencies: BOMBA, TNB, Air Selangor, Telekom, Indah Water and etc pertaining to the building.

6. Record water meter reading on the 1st week of every month and submit to Admin Executive.

7. Maintain the list of inventories & working tools belong to management.

8. Monitor all service providers in carrying out the job as per our requirements.

9. Seek for quotation from various contractors in the absence of the Building Executive.

10. Obtain approval from the Council before carrying out any major repair works and on any purchases.

11. Assist in office administration as and when required.

12. Upkeep notice boards at all designated common area.

13. Prepare daily building maintenance work checklist, weekly work report for the Management & security weekly clocking point report.

14. Ad hoc assignment as and when required by the Council

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
