The main objective of this job is to establish and grow the local consulting practice into a profitable and sustainable business within Dimension Data through client engagement with specific goals and well planned executive calling plans with Dimension Data sales force. This employee aims to increase our value with key clients and to realise pull-through business as a results of the consultancy.

Consulting Role in NTT:

- Architecture Design: Leverage on understanding of the client’s existing architecture and future needs to design an overall architecture (at times High Level Design (HLD) of Components involved).
- Technical Assessment: Conduct technical assessment on clients’ existing technology component and identify areas of improvement and remediation.
- Compliance Assessment: Conduct BNM compliance assessment (ie. DCRA, NRA) for FSI clients with relevant findings and recommendations for remediation.
- Requirement Gathering/ Definition: Assist and collaborate with client teams to produce a structured and justifiable business/ technical definition of requirement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Require to deliver consulting work in Infrastructure related topics, which may include Assessment & Recommendations, Migration Planning, Architecture Transformation, etc.
- Consulting work typically involves: o Gathering: Understanding from client’s personnel, reviewing technical architecture/ configurations, observation of existing practices, etc.
- Analysis: Analyse and co-relate information gathered to form an opinion/ conclusion based on facts.
- Recommendation: Align to the objectives of the client engagement, to provide relevant recommendations.
- Documentation and Review: Document all stages of consulting engagement and conduct internal and external reviews and work towards client sign off.
- Plan and manage timeline/ expectations agreed with client independently

Venture into other technical topics as part of “cross skilling” initiative
- Work collaboratively with other teams within NTT organization and partners to fulfil client’s expectations (ie. Technical design, recommendations, architecture blueprint, etc)
- Typically consulting team is not require to participate in any technical implementation, hence configurations skills are not relevant

Able to produce quality and consistent deliverables (ie. Slides, Documentations, etc)
- Able to articulate technical topics to non-technical audience
- Communicates well in English & Malay Language (Written & Spoken)
- Able to lead & conduct client workshop with large audience (10-20 pax )
