Duties and Responsibilities:

- **Planning & Scheduling**:

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using software such as **Primavera P6** or **MS Project**, covering all phases from excavation to handover
- Prepare work breakdown structures (WBS), activity coding, resource loading, and logic relationships specific to high-rise construction.
- Coordinate with project teams to reflect real-time progress updates and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
- **Project Engineering Coordination**:

- Support site teams with construction sequencing, technical queries, and drawing reviews.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
- Assist in planning of complex vertical activities like jump-form systems, MEP shaft coordination, façade installation, and core progression.
- **Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Monitor project progress and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports (progress curves, lookahead plans, critical path analysis).
- Provide data for earned value management (EVM) including productivity, performance indices, and variance analysis.
- Attend site meetings to present schedule updates and planning-related risks or issues.
- **Change Management**:

- Analyze and report the impact of design or scope changes on the construction schedule.
- Assist in preparing delay analysis and extension of time (EOT) claims.
- Update baseline schedules and manage approved revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Interface & Coordination**:

- Interface with construction, procurement, engineering, and subcontractor teams to ensure alignment of schedule and work fronts.
- Coordinate with external consultants and vendors to ensure timely delivery of design and materials.
- Support coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines for on-time execution.
- **Documentation & Systems**:

- Maintain all planning records, baselines, updates, dashboards, and related project control documentation.
- Use digital tools and project management platforms to track workflows.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
