Job Description

  • Assist the Head of Planning and Senior Project Manager in managing day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects and exercise a high level of independent judgment in the conduct of business responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Involved in and assist manage development projects from the initial stage through design, construction, and completion.
  • Conduct design reviews and coordinate work with other project stakeholders.
  • Responsible for the handover of properties to purchasers satisfactorily and post-completion matters.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure the project is delivered on schedule and within quality and budget expectations.
  • Review legal documentation.
  • Provide timely reports and feedback to the management.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior/HOD.

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in property development, preferably with exposure to high-rise projects.
  • Good networking and communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
  • Able to work in a highly challenging environment independently.
  • Good leadership and meticulous in driving high standards of work.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
