1. To assist and oversee the operations

2. To supervise and manage the YCH staff & contract staff (overall)

3. To monitor all the deliveries are followed as per schedule time (As per route planner schedule)

4. To monitor the maintenance of MHE truck such as : Forklift, Power Truck & Reach Truck.

5. To perform all assigned tasks including administrative matters assigned

6. To perform any warehousing duties including ad-hoc special projects.

7. To learn and understand all operational tasks, scope and ISO procedures.

8. To perform other job-related functions as and when required.

9. To assist in ensuring that the Warehouse area is well maintained.

10. To ensure optimum loading efficiency.

11. To coordinate with Route Planner to ensure frucks arrive on time,

12. Verify YCH staffs/Contract staff OT.

13. Control OT YCH staffs/Contract Staffs

14. Documentation for East Malaysia.

15. Raise PR for warehouse needs.

16. Handle weekly Meeting regarding warehouse issues.

17. To assist Facility Team.

18. Communicate with vendor for warehouse needs (if required)

19. To attend all trainings and presentation on health and safety matters as well as accident prevention.

20. To comply strictly with EHS related policies, procedure and customer requirements as well as safety rules that are rolled out from time to time.
