**Working Location**:
**NapZone Kuala Lumpur International Airport KLIA Terminal 2 (KLIA2)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage check-ins and check-outs of hotel guests.
- Handle reservations made online or via phone.
- Verify payment methods and assign rooms to guests.
- Inform guests about special offers and promotions.
- Assist in organizing transport services for guests.
- Provide guests with information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Serve as a host during conferences and ensure all preparations are made.
- Work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
- Willing to transfer between properties when required.
- Clean and maintain hotel rooms and public areas.
- Ensure rooms are properly cleaned and prepared after guest check-out.
- Dispose of waste from rooms and hotel premises.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role as Front Office.
- Proficient in Bahasa Melayu & English (both written and spoken).
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Physically fit and healthy for housekeeping duties.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Immediate availability is an advantage.
