Your primary role? To seamlessly secure essential goods and services for Deriv, ensuring we always stay ahead of the curve. Your knack for formulating spending strategies that prioritise cost-efficiency is unparalleled. From delving deep into supplier performance analytics to creating insightful monthly reports, your dedication plays a pivotal role in sculpting the best procurement outcomes for Deriv.

**Your challenges**
- Analyse supplier offers for optimal quality and price alignment, continuously monitor contractor and supplier service standards, and identify market pricing trends through in-depth research.
- Maintain and uphold purchasing standards and specifications.
- Implement robust procurement strategies for high-demand and quick turnaround needs.
- Efficiently source quality products, optimising cost, lead time, and payment terms.
- Foster strong supplier relationships and negotiate for prime deals. Resolve supplier issues related to product quality or order discrepancies.Monitor order progress, ensuring timely delivery and product quality.
- Update and maintain accurate supplier records.
- Produce monthly reports, including Price Evaluation and Cost Analysis.
- Input data into relevant systems and databases with accuracy.

**What you have**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
- 3 years of professional experience in Procurement
- Knowledge of procurement and purchasing protocols
- Capability to resolve supply, quality, and service issues with both suppliers and internal departments
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Acute analytical abilities; detail-oriented and resourceful
- Proficient in time management and capable of multitasking effectively
- Committed to preserving the confidentiality of company information
- Ability to prioritise high-quality work and adhere to deadlines
Experience in managing additional tasks as assigned by superiors

**What’s good to have**
- Experience in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and PowerPoint Presentation
- Experience in purchasing in the IT field
