Job Summary:

A Project Executive at NSS IT is responsible for managing project schedules, coordinating task assignments, and ensuring timely delivery. The role involves facilitating effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and clients, as well as identifying and mitigating project risks. Key responsibilities include overseeing procurement processes, vendor coordination, contract negotiation, and preparing project reports and dashboards. The Project Executive also ensures proper documentation, compliance with procedures, and prompt resolution of project issues, with escalation when necessary to support project success.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling & Task Management : Creating and maintaining project timelines, assigning tasks to team members, and monitoring progress against deadlines.
  • Communication : Facilitating communication between project team members, stakeholders, and clients, including regular status updates and meeting coordination.
  • Risk Management : Identifying potential project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and monitoring their impact.
  • Procurement : Managing the procurement process for project needs, including vendor selection and contract negotiation.
  • Reporting : Preparing project reports and dashboards to track progress, identify issues, and inform decision-making.
  • Administrative Tasks : Managing project documentation, maintaining files, and ensuring compliance with relevant procedures.
  • Issue Resolution : Identifying and addressing project issues promptly, escalating concerns to the project manager when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Possessed Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience 1-2 years in project management managing resources, budget and project timeline
  • Strong Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent Communication Skills : Clear and concise verbal and written communication to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Project Management Knowledge : Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Attention To Detail : Ability to accurately track project data and identify potential issues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills : Identifying and resolving project challenges proactively.
  • Teamwork And Collaboration : Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with relevant project management software.
