**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

1 To ensure that all enviromental procedures are carried out correctly according to DOE and legal authorities’ legislation. Represent Project site for all Envriomental Issues internally and external.

2 Responsible for all documentation in relation to health and safety and to keep all documentation and safety manuals up to date and distribute appropriately within the organization

3 Responsible to prepare policies and procedures for the company’s health and safety program, to meet ISO 9000:2015, ISO 14000:2015 and OHSAS 18000:2007 management system standard.

4 Responsible for ensuring all safety training is carried out and induction programmes for new employees includes a thorough HSE element

5 Manage the DOE account for project during construction period “Electronic Scheduled Waste System’ (ESWIS)

6 To attend internal meetings regarding the company’s enviroment policies and procedures as well as ensure continuity of the safe enviroment policies in the interests of the company

7 Responsible for carrying out all audits and preparing regular reports for the management team

8 To assist project site in environmental related issues

9 Authorize to confirm an improvement action taken on enviromental issue and to settle audit finding to meet the standard requirement by client, government and other related parties
