Job description
- Perform all the administrative work
- Filing, updating, and storing business files to ensure they are accurate and accessible
- Coordinate office procedures and resolve administrative issues
- Adherence to quality and compliance with standard policies and procedures
- Perform extra duties and assignments to be assigned by the superior when required
- Perform overall office receptionist duties, which include screening incoming calls and answering general inquiries
- Attend walk-in customers and visitor
- Basic editing knowledge in CANVA & CAPCUT (Editing posters and short videos)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree holder in any field
- Good communication skills in English
- Tamil written skills will be an added advantage
- Computer skills in using Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word and Excel
- Pleasant and good interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Has own transportation (with valid driving license) to travel to work
- Experience min 1 year
