Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling office supplies.
- Maintain and organize company records, including documents, files, and databases.
- Maintain office supplies and keep the workplace organized.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.
- Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order, including identifying suppliers, obtaining quotes, and negotiating terms in accordance with company or ISO policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to replenish stock as needed.
- Conduct monthly stock take inventories of raw materials and update records by monthly and submit to Finance Department.
- Responsible for the preparation and processing purchase orders and documents
- Follow-up closely on material delivery and logistic arrangement.
- Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.
- Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned.
- Review and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with budgetary constraints.
- Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
