**The Role**

The **Process Technician** supports the Process Engineer in maintaining and improving manufacturing processes to ensure consistent product quality, efficiency, and reliability. This role involves hands-on work in machine setup, troubleshooting, and process optimization, contributing to smooth production operations and continuous improvement activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the **Process Engineer** with **data collection** and **process yield studies**.
- Support the Process Engineer in **new machine, process, and jigs/fixtures buy-off**.
- Assist in **MES setup**, configuration, and **error troubleshooting**.
- Provide **production support** for any **process-related issues**.
- Perform **line setup** and **production line re-layout** as required.
- Set up, repair, and troubleshoot **automated machines**.
- Perform **Conformal Coating**, **Potting**, and **PCB Router** machine setup and troubleshooting.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in **machine setup, repair, and troubleshooting** in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of **production processes**, **fixtures**, and **line setup**.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work **independently**, **self-motivated**, and **result-oriented**.
- Willing to **work shifts or weekends**, if required.

**Qualifications**
- **Diploma** in **Industrial, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering** or equivalent.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
