**Job Title**: Sales Admin
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and source potential clients through research, networking, and referrals.
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce products/services.
- Set appointments for the sales team or personally handle client meetings when necessary.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records accurately.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets within set timelines.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Able to adapt to both office and remote work environments.
