**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff. To facilitating staff development.
- Providing your team with a stimulating and supportive environment. By directing all operational aspects of each store and driving sales whilst minimizing costs.
- Plan, implement and set goals and objectives for stores to ensuring quality consistency across the district and increasing sales and profitability in their district.
- Inventory management. Overseeing pricing and inventory control of each store.
- Motivate and Inspire teams to meet KPIs and exceptional customer service.
- To oversee the day-to-day work and operations of employees to ensure adherence to organization guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Area Manager or similar role.
- A minimum of a Diploma or bachelor's degree in a business-related industry.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- An energetic and results-oriented sales person
