negotiation skills. The role will be based at our office in Taman Bukit Minyak, Penang.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, supplies, and services according to company requirements.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and timely.
- Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, delivery schedules, and shipment tracking.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments such as sales team, production, planning, and warehouse to ensure material requirements are met.
- Maintain and update supplier information, pricing records, and purchase databases.
- Handle and resolve issues related to delays, quality discrepancies, or short deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Assist in cost-saving initiatives and vendor evaluation processes.
- Prepare regular purchasing reports for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant purchasing or procurement experience.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
- Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail, organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (advantageous).
- Based in or willing to commute to Taman Bukit Minyak, Penang.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
