Admin Assistant

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports to headquarters
- Develop and maintain a proper filing system.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Attend meetings and take minutes of meetings (MOM).
- Collect payments whether in cash or credit
- Issue receipts, refund, Payment voucher
- Manage transactions with customers using cash register
**Requirements**:
- Computer skills ( Minimum knowledge in Microsoft Office).
- Required language (s): English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Positive & good team player.
- Good attitude, willing to learn and hardworking.
- Got past experience as Automotive Admin will be an added advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
