- To prepare invoices, payments, and other general accounting tasks.
- To perform other administrative duties or ad hoc assignments when required.
- Prepare statement of accounts at month end.
- Prepare bank reconciliation at month end.
- Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST return.
- Maintain and review General Ledger to ensure accurate recording of transactions.

**Job Requirement**
- Ability to work in fast pace environment, meticulous, good organizational and analytical skills.
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia (in order to correspond in all Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia speaking customer's request and queries)
