**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring timely and efficient stock levels.
- Monitor stock movements and assist in regular stock takes and audits.
- Report on inventory discrepancies and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- **Order Fulfillment & Dispatch**:

- Supervise the picking, packing, and shipping of products according to customer orders.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Ensure all shipments are properly documented and dispatched on schedule.
- **Warehouse Operations**:

- Ensure the smooth daily operation of the warehouse, ensuring optimal space utilization and operational flow.
- Monitor and manage warehouse equipment and ensure they are maintained in good working condition.
- Implement and maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations.
- Conduct regular safety checks and training sessions for warehouse staff.
- Report safety hazards and contribute to improving safety practices in the warehouse.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Supervise and support warehouse staff, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, logistics, and sales, to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Assist in performance evaluations and provide recommendations for team development.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1-2 years** of experience in warehouse operations or logistics, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills in **English** (both written and verbal), knowledge of **Malay** is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (physically fit).
- **Basic knowledge of warehouse safety protocols** and regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
