Planning & Coordination

i. Schedule and coordinate the movement of goods (incoming and outgoing).

ii. Work with project team, suppliers, transport companies and internal department to ensure timely deliveries

iii. Arrange transportation and optimize delivery routes.

iv. Coordinates transportation arrangements with logistic providers.
- Documentation & Reporting

i. Prepare delivery documents (e.g. booking slip).

ii. Maintain accurate logistic records and generate reports as needed.

iii. Track shipment/delivery and update accordingly.
- Communication & Customer Services

i. Resolve logistics-related problems and handle complaints efficiently.

ii. Communicate directly with freight forwarders, transporters and courier companies.

iii. Escalate and resolve transport or delivery issues with services provider
- Cost Control

i. Monitor logistics cost and suggest improvement to reduce transportation expenses. Recommend cost-effective transport options.

ii. Assist in negotiating freight rates with transporter.

iii. Review logistics invoices for accuracy before submitting to accounts.
- Safety Compliance i. Enforce health and safety standards in storage and transport processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
