Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Logistics Coordinator role based in Johor Bahru. The Logistics Coordinator will oversee day-to-day logistics operations, including coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth supply chain processes. Responsibilities include communicating with vendors, customers, and internal teams, monitoring shipment schedules, resolving any logistical challenges, and maintaining records for compliance and reporting purposes.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to manage data, track performance, and optimize logistics operations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, vendors, and clients.
  • Proficiency in inventory and supply chain management to maintain accurate inventory levels and streamline operations.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks and address logistical challenges efficiently.
  • Relevant experience or certifications in logistics, supply chain, or related fields are a plus.
