HR Assistant

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Coordinate with department and training provider to organize training according to company requirement.
- Coordinate and administer staff Onboarding Program for new hire
- Assist in arrange of Foreign Workers Medical checkup for permit renew purpose & daily medical-related issues.
- Updating foreign worker SOCSO for permit renew purposes.
- Assisting in induction and upkeep of foreign worker personal file.
- Foreign Workers insurance matters
- Dealing with Embassy for arrangement of foreign workers passport renewal.
- Carry out office administrative duties such as office cleanliness, office maintenance, up keep of office equipment, staff welfare & staff uniforms.
- To ensure the general well-being of the foreign workers which includes cleanliness, hygiene, safety & health, discipline, housekeeping, maintenance issues, and security at the hostels.
- Other assigned duties are required.
**REQUIREMENTS:
- **
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry.
- Independent and result oriented with good communication skills.
- Strong analytical & interpersonal skills.
- Highly responsible & dynamic.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
