To submit on weekly report to H.O.D for management weekly meeting.
- To assist business development in preparing feasibility study on part proposal and quotation under potential project for further development.
- Ability as Project Leader for part development as per appointed by H.O.D.
- To prepare next activity planning and submit to H.O.D.
- To assist in sourcing, evaluation, selection & development of potential supplier/tool maker (Mould,Die, Jig, Material & Child part) and ensure job completed on timed or as per schedule.
- To ensure all new parts development documentation compliance to TS16949 requirement.
- To consult R&D Technician in the making of development documentation such as S.O.P, Testing Report, etc.
- To initiate value added and value engineering (VA/VE) activities with the latest material and process technology.
- To ensure new Assembly line set up as per plan and and run line trial to identify problems for improvement.
- To attend on all customer / supplier inquiry, complaints & vendor briefing.
- To prepare RFQ for quotation preparation together with all necessary information.
- To advise H.O.D on payment advise for mould / tooling status.
- To compile all drawing for part,jig drawing for all new part development.
- To deal with customer, Vendor & Supplier on any issues during development align with latest technology.
- To compile PSW / PPAP / PQCM & SPTT document.
- To establish, plan and monitor all testing activities either internal or external meet customer specification with proper compilation.
- Participate on any related exibition to penetrade new market / customer / technologies.
- To do market analysis in automotive industries or related industries and idetify possible area which IQM could participate and penetrate.
- To get if possible info from customer about our ranking or rating at customer side & get customer feedback and do satisfaction survey if nessasary.
- Others tasks as determined by the Management.

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
