At FirstWorks Group, our mission is to bring the best jobs to talents from all across Asia. **Position: Banking Financial Executive (Fresh Graduates / Experienced)** **Company: (Informed once shortlisted)** **Working days & hours depends on bank branch.** **Probation period: 3 months** - Promote Bancassurance. - Engage and assist bank customers. - Perform prospecting, cold calling, qualifying customers, setting appointments and provide financial advisory service to customers. - Work with branch colleague to convert leads referral into sales closure. - Build relationships with bank customers and strengthen rapport for subsequent up-selling. - Engage in sales and marketing event at the bank to acquire new customer. - Provide follow up on the policy servicing services to customer, i.e. payment mode, change in plans, trustee appointment, top ups. **Job Requirements** - Fresh graduates with minimum Diploma / Degree are welcomed to apply. - **Background: Economics, Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, Communications and etc. (any background is welcomed to apply)**: - **Must enjoy talking to customers and willing to learn.**: - **Proficient in English and Malay**: - Enthusiastic and self-motivated to "earn high income". - Daring, aggressive, result oriented, willing to accept challenges and a high achiever. - Able to work over the telephone with great communication skills. - On-the-job training will be provided. - Malaysian only. **Benefits**: - High Basic Salary & Attractive Incentive Schemes - Incentive trips local and overseas - Annual Sales Dinner Recognition - Medical benefits & Annual Leave - Outdoor travel is not needed unless requested, inside bank branch only. - Customer leads are provided. **> Starting salary**: - **Degree : Starting from RM3,000.00 per month.
