Position: Insurance Solutions Representative (Banking Sector)

Role Overview

As an Insurance Solutions Representative, you will be stationed at a bank branch to provide advisory services on insurance products. You will interact with walk-in and existing customers to assess their financial needs and offer protection solutions that align with their goals. This role comes with full training, performance incentives, and long-term career support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Approach bank customers and present insurance offerings
  • Conduct financial assessments and propose suitable coverage plans
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients through consistent service
  • Meet individual sales goals and KPIs
  • Attend training sessions for product and sales skill development

Requirements

  • Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals
  • Insurance Solutions Representative (Trainee):
  • SPM/STPM with minimum 3 years of working experience
  • Diploma with less than 1 year experience
  • Senior Representative (Trainee): Degree with less than 1 year experience
  • Senior Representative: Degree with minimum 2 years relevant experience

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Basic salary from RM 2,600 to RM 10,000 based on experience and role level
