Position: In-Branch Financial Services Consultant

Agensi Pekerjaan Talent Focus Sdn Bhd (License No. JTKSM 1383) is a licensed recruitment agency specialising in career placements within banking, insurance, and financial services. We are recruiting for a leading financial institution that is looking for In-Branch Financial Services Consultants to be based at various locations across Malaysia.

About the Role

This position involves working in a bank branch where you'll engage directly with customers to offer personalised financial advice and insurance solutions. You'll be the go-to resource for customers seeking protection plans and financial clarity, supported by a structured onboarding, coaching, and performance-based reward system.

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial consultations to walk-in and existing customers
  • Recommend insurance plans based on individual needs and life goals
  • Maintain excellent service quality and strong client relationships
  • Consistently achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Join regular product training and sales performance workshops

Who Can Apply

  • In-Branch Consultant (Trainee):
  • SPM/STPM with minimum 3 years working experience
  • Diploma holders with less than 1 year of experience
  • Senior Consultant (Trainee): Degree holders with less than 1 year experience
  • Senior Consultant: Degree holders with 2 or more years of relevant experience

(Suitability will be evaluated upon application)

Compensation & Perks

  • Basic salary from RM 2,600 to RM 10,000 depending on role and experience
