We are currently working with a reputable financial services provider to recruit Financial Executives (Bancassurance) for placement at various Public Bank branches.

Work Location: Areas across Public Bank branches

Job Type: Full-time

Preferred Language: Chinese-speaking candidates

About the Company:

Our client is recognized in the financial services sector for delivering innovative banking and insurance solutions throughout Malaysia.

Job Responsibilities:

Promote a range of insurance products to customers at bank branches

Provide financial consultation and recommend appropriate solutions

Maintain and strengthen relationships with customers

Consistently achieve sales targets

Take part in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements:

Open to 3 years sales experience candidates

Applicants from any background are welcome

For Financial Executive (Trainee): SPM/STPM with a minimum of 3 years working experience, OR Diploma holder with less than 1 year experience

For Senior Financial Executive (Trainee): Degree holder with less than 1 year experience

For Senior Financial Executive: Degree holder with over 2 years relevant experience

Remuneration and Benefits:

Basic salary ranging from RM 2,600 to RM 10,000, depending on experience and position

Monthly commissions and performance-based bonuses

Year-end bonus and special incentive programs

Opportunities for incentive trips (Tier 1 & Tier 2)

Medical coverage for staff

Special staff rates for housing and car loans

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
