Position Summary:
- Assist in maintaining the smooth operations in production area of a fastmoving environment. Responsible for the day to day operations of incoming item, manages of contract workers in order to meet the production output result timely, to ensure company's targets and objectives are met to meet customer requirements, ensuring that staff comply with health, safety and standard operating procedures. Responsible for housekeeping standards and continuous improvement within the production area.

- Incoming Stock.handle minimum 5k - 10k incoming stock daily & ensure they are completely check within same day.ensure all incoming stock are meet/tally with DO provided.escalate or highlight to the respective department if any damaged/dented unit within the shipment.
- QC & Refinishing.check all the RTW stock that return from MC.replace a new price label for those torn or missing label.ensure all items segregate correctly for good to re-sell.
- Handle 5k - 10k for all production activities daily (included printing label, stickering, bundle, shrink wrap, Maxis RFID, kitting & de-kitting).Organize, Plan the production scheduling and output result measurement.Manage/Monitor of contract workers and tasks being assigned for them execute correctly. Ensure all stock required further labelling, sticker or kitting are store separately from other stock.Ensure production are carried out as planned and meet the timeline required.Ensure items to bundle & unbundle required for order fulfillment complete on time. Ensure the retain 3.0 orders being production for RFID label before order delivery.
- Support daily stock move activities and support return to vendors activities.
- Assist on inbound & outbound activities. Ensure all export activities are completed on time and meet the exportation timeline. Monitor the activation activities are follow the right step.
- Perform inventory checking (Cycle Count, Monthly/Yearly Year-end Stock Count with Internal / External Auditors)
- Reconcile the warehouse inventory between warehouse SOH and ERP SOH
- Provide daily reports to monitor the achievement of service level/KPI commitmentand provide weekly material report to monitor the usage and cost.

Requirements:
- Possess at least SPM qualification/Diploma/Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma.
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role dealing with high volume of product.
- Microsoft office, various WMS/ERP Systems.
- Good knowledge of inventory control systems procedure.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
