We are seeking a dedicated and organized Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production process and ensuring smooth operations. You will work closely with the production team and other departments to facilitate the timely completion of projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in pre-production activities, including coordinating logistics, organizing schedules, and securing necessary permits and clearances.
- Collaborate with the production team to create and maintain production schedules and budgets.
- Assist in casting and talent coordination, including scheduling auditions, arranging callbacks, and communicating with talent agencies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary equipment, props, and materials.
- Assist in location scouting and management, including obtaining permits, arranging transportation, and coordinating with the location owners.
- Assist in coordinating and managing the production crew, including scheduling and communication.
- Provide support during production shoots, including setting up and operating equipment, managing on-set logistics, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Assist with post-production activities, such as organizing and managing footage, coordinating with editors, and ensuring timely delivery of final materials.
- Maintain accurate production documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a production-related role is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
