**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. New Tenancy Agreement**
- Assisting the HOD in overall assessment of potential site locations in malls, shop lots, industrial.
- Responsible for site selection, filtering, and making proposals for management approval.
- Must be able to negotiate deals from initial stages till tenancy signing.
- Ensure site handover process in order with Project Manager.
- To prepare internal payment request for Deposit Payment including legal fees and stamp duty.
- Able to work across all department internally and coordinate externally with Landlord/owner related parties.
- Prepare and execute leasing documents, including lease agreements, termination, renewals, and related paperwork.
- To prepare and online submission stamp duty.
- Prepare and execute all the related documents for utilities and license submission which include business, fire license & insurance.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.

**2. Monitor Current Leasing/Tenancy for Renewal**
- To oversee and track the tenancy expiry.
- To prepare and send the Notice of Renewal to landlord.
- To prepare renewal requisition for management approval.
- To liaise directly with landlord/solicitor on renewal document.
- To vet-through the Renewal TA for execution.
- To work closely with landlord on negotiate terms and conditions of TA.
- To prepare internal payment request for Top-up Deposit Payment including legal fees and stamp duty.
- To prepare and update Summary of TA per outlet.
- Renewal for all utilities and license which include business, fire license & insurance.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experience in Leasing, Asset Management & Tenancy Agreement required for this position.
- Independent, team player, fast learner, demonstrate good negotiation and communication skill.
- Working experience in F&B/ retail industry are preferred.
